The highly anticipated Lloyd Creek Rural Village Area Plan is now open for public exhibition. This significant development project by Intrapac Property aims to establish a vibrant rural community in the Greater Darwin/Litchfield area.

the Northern Territory's future, and we look forward to working with the community to bring

Lloyd Creek Rural Village will be developed over the next 30 years and will feature
approximately 4,200 new dwellings providing a mix of lot sizes from 1000m² to 20,000m².
The development will include essential amenities such as schools, health services, sporting
facilities, and retail centre all designed to foster a strong sense of community and enhance
the rural lifestyle.
A key highlight of the plan is the creation of a central lake, surrounded by a neighbourhood
activity centre with cycle and walking tracks. Additionally, around 500 acres will be dedicated
to conservation, ensuring the protection of the area's significant environmental values

Economic Benefits: The project represents a significant investment, with an estimated initial
capital investment of $1.78 billion and a total construction output of $3.55 billion over 30
years
Local Jobs: During construction, the project will provide 280 full-time equivalent (FTE)
positions annually, and sustain 303 FTE jobs post-construction
The public exhibition period offers stakeholders the opportunity to review the detailed plans
