Lloyd Creek Rural Village will be the first of its kind. Territory living like you’ve never seen it. New rural living options within a carefully considered masterplan that delivers community facilities, amenity and lifestyle. Homesites at Lloyd Creek will range from 1000sqm to 20,000sqm with a rural village set around a central lake with walking trails, parks, playground, and café. Lloyd Creek will sit in harmony within its rural environment, flanked by 500 acres of conservation area that will remain untouched.

The Proponent shall ensure that the Lloyd Creek Rural Village proposal is implemented in accordance with all environmental commitments and safeguards:
- Identified in the Environmental Impact Statement for the Lloyd Creek Rural Village (draft Environmental Impact Statement, Supplement and additional information)
- Recommended in this Assessment Report 82.
