There is $30bn worth of committed, funded projects being built in the Territory over the next
five years. Hundreds more ventures are planned for the next 15 years.

THE NT government has unveiled its plans for how the Northern Territory will develop and
grow over the next 15 years, with a much-vaunted new stadium for the Darwin CBD among
the list of projects listed in the list of 889 key infrastructure projects.

Included in the list is the Intrapac Property owned development, Lloyd Creek, a
masterplanned rural residential community with an estimated cost of $50M. This project
will enable economic development and population growth by increasing land availability in
the Lloyd Creek area.
